We are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience, and that includes fast and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy below to help guide your purchase.

Processing Time:

  • All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of being placed.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for faster delivery (1-3 business days). Additional charges may apply.

  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Fulfillment:

  • Apparel and accessories (t-shirts, hoodies, tumblers) are printed on demand through our integration with SPOD.com. These items are typically fulfilled within 5-7 business days and shipped directly from the print facility.

  • Cigar orders are carefully packaged and shipped directly from our warehouse.

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and location.

  • For orders over $100, standard shipping is free within the United States.

Order Tracking:

  • After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you don’t receive your tracking number or need assistance with tracking, please reach out to our customer service team at nicholas@smokehoundcigarsco.com.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at nicholas@smokehoundcigarsco.com. to make the necessary adjustments.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. You can reach out to our customer support team at nicholas@smokehoundcigarsco.com for assistance in resolving the issue.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the nature of our products, cigars and other tobacco-related items are non-returnable.

  • We do, however, accept returns for non-perishable items (such as apparel and accessories) within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.
